Tricia Brock | "The Road" Photo Shoot

What a blast it was to shoot the album photos for one of our best friends Tricia Brock. She recently released a new worship album,"The Road" which peaked at #2 on iTunes on release day! We are so proud of her! Tricia and her husband Nick have become some of our dearest friends over these past couple years & have been a huge blessing to us. Their friendship has encouraged, challenged and strengthened us as individuals and as a couple. It's a valuable & rare find to have true genuine friends in life and we are so thankful God put them in our lives. These two have become our family and are friends we can count on through the happy and rock bottom times. It was cool to see Nick & Tricia get to work together on this album as Nick was the master mind producer on it. This album is an authentic reflection of Tricia's heart & message that she lives out. She is someone that still gives, encourages and loves even when she is going through difficult times. You know when she says she'll pray for you she will. How fitting for the album to be titled "The Road" as it relates to the roads we all travel down and how along the way there is life, love & grace always available to us in God's open arms. Every song on this record is a powerful gem as they are filled with messages of hope, faith, forgiveness and reminders of God's faithfulness that will uplift and encourage your heart & spirit over and over again. It was stretching to narrow it down to a few favorites but here goes...

"Breath of God"...this song is a beautiful reminder that God's love is what ultimately gives us life and truly satisfies our souls. Beware...this catchy tune will stick in your head!:)

"The Altar"...this song is a lovely portrayal of restoration and healing found at God's altar...that secret place of freedom, grace, forgiveness & redemption where we can leave our baggage behind us and let God purify and renew our hearts.

"Broken For Love's Sake"...this song has an extra touch of beauty to it as Tricia sings the chorus with her Dad and this symbolism reminds us that God is our Dad on the road of life...how our Father's love helps us, keeps us and comes beside us through the trials and broken times in our lives & helps us to stand on our feet again.

If you haven't already, stop what you're doing and give yourself or a friend Tricia's new album, "The Road", here...ENJOY!
